Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for building brands and understanding consumers? Procter & Gamble is looking for a dynamic Brand Associate to join our team in Barrie, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities.
  • Support the Brand Manager in managing product portfolios, including new product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance, Media) to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer feedback to track brand performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and external agency relationships.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on brand performance and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Passion for consumer goods and brand building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or co-op experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and methodologies.
