Key Responsibilities
- Accept orders through the Shipt Shopper app and efficiently plan shopping routes.
- Carefully select fresh produce, meats, and other grocery items according to customer preferences and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding out-of-stock items, substitutions, and order updates.
- Accurately bag and organize groceries for safe transport.
- Drive to customer locations and deliver orders promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping and delivery experience.
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple orders within specified delivery windows.
- Handle payments and complete transactions as needed within the Shipt app.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for grocery transport.
Required Skills
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle (1997 or newer).
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Knowledge of produce and meat selection.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in personal shopping, retail, or delivery services.
- Familiarity with the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area and local grocery stores.
