Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently transport company executives to and from various destinations, including meetings, airports, and corporate events.
  • Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and executive schedules to ensure punctuality.
  • Maintain the executive vehicle(s) in immaculate condition, performing regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies, prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers.
  • Manage executive schedules and logistics related to transportation, including coordinating pickup and drop-off times.
  • Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality regarding executive travel and discussions.
  • Assist executives with luggage, packages, and other personal belongings as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company positively.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, based on executive travel needs.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues promptly to ensure consistent operational readiness.

Required Skills

  • Valid Florida Class D Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of Jacksonville and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and alternative routes.
  • Exceptional navigation skills using GPS and traditional mapping.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
