Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and dependable Personal Driver for our executive team in Karu, Abuja. This pivotal role involves providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services to designated executives and occasionally to their families or important guests. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, an in-depth knowledge of Abuja’s road network, and a strong commitment to discretion and confidentiality. You will be responsible for ensuring the executive’s travel plans are executed seamlessly, maintaining the assigned vehicle to the highest standards, and managing all related logistics with utmost professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives to various locations, including business meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and security protocols, to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle (sedan/SUV) in pristine condition, ensuring regular cleaning, scheduled maintenance, and timely repairs.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Manage fuel consumption, mileage logs, and other vehicle-related documentation accurately.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all passenger activities and information.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required.
- Be flexible and available for varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Provide basic assistance with errands or administrative tasks as requested by the executive.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional driving experience, preferably for executives or high-profile individuals.
- Excellent knowledge of Abuja FCT road networks, shortcuts, and alternative routes.
- Impeccable driving record with no history of serious traffic violations or accidents.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance basics and minor troubleshooting.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
