Mutanda Mining is seeking a dedicated, highly reliable, and experienced Personal Cleaner to provide exceptional household cleaning and maintenance services for a senior executive’s private residence located in Likasi, Haut-Katanga Province. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly comprehensive cleaning of all residential areas, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and hygiene.
- Execute dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing furniture, and sanitizing surfaces to the highest domestic standards.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms, including fixtures, floors, and mirrors.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including regular cleaning of appliances, countertops, and floors, and ensuring dishes are washed and put away promptly.
- Manage all laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens with exceptional care.
- Change bed linens regularly and ensure beds are neatly made and presented.
- Monitor and replenish household cleaning supplies, notifying the resident of needs for purchase in a timely manner.
- Ensure all household items are well-organized, maintained in excellent condition, and placed in their designated locations.
- Report any observed maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs promptly and clearly to the resident.
- Adhere strictly to personal and household safety protocols, including the correct and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Uphold absolute discretion and unwavering respect for the resident's privacy and personal belongings at all times.
- Potentially assist with light errands or special projects as requested, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the household.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a cleaner in a private household, high-end hotel, or similar professional environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of various cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, with an understanding of what works best for different surfaces and materials.
- Outstanding attention to detail, demonstrating a meticulous and thorough approach to all cleaning tasks.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and unwavering trustworthiness, coupled with a strong sense of personal integrity.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision, showing initiative in identifying and addressing cleaning needs.
- Basic proficiency in French or Swahili for effective communication.
- Strong physical stamina and agility to perform all cleaning duties, which may include lifting, bending, and reaching.
