We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to a senior partner within our dynamic legal firm. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and format confidential documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organise and coordinate client events, internal meetings, and firm social engagements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, exercising discretion and professional judgment.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide comprehensive support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Undertake specific research tasks and compile data as required.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks for the executive, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications
