Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's personal and professional calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and social engagements.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive household, including managing household staff (cooks, drivers, cleaners) and ensuring high standards of service.
- Handle personal finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, bill payments, and liaising with financial advisors.
- Plan and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, managing all logistics from invitations to catering.
- Manage personal errands, shopping, and procurement of goods and services as required.
- Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, fielding calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters of the executive.
- Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Assist with personal projects, research, and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the executive.
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient personal environment for the executive.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably in a private household
