Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers, utilizing manual and powered material handling equipment safely.
  • Organize and stack products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and space utilization.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery after receiving appropriate training and certification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily operational goals.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
  • Basic math skills for counting and verifying products.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
