Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth within the Brampton territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and other partners.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance.
- Ensure consistent execution of promotional programs, merchandising standards, and product launches.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry developments and continuously seek innovative ways to improve sales processes and results.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with PepsiCo brands or similar beverage/snack portfolios.
- Familiarity with the Brampton/Greater Toronto Area retail landscape.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
