Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet PepsiCo's strict standards before packaging.
  • Assist with the efficient loading, unloading, and organized movement of raw materials and finished goods within the facility.
  • Accurately package and label products for distribution, ensuring proper counts and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company sanitation and housekeeping protocols.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
  • Participate actively in all required training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills to understand instructions and track inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous work or academic settings.
  • A strong commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification or a willingness to obtain one through company-provided training.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is an asset.
  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent.
