Key Responsibilities

  • Assist production line operators with setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery.
  • Load raw materials and packaging supplies onto production lines as required.
  • Monitor product quality and identify any defects or inconsistencies during production.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
  • Transport materials and products within the facility using pallet jacks or other equipment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.

  • Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
