Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain PepsiCo's merchandising standards and planograms across designated retail accounts.
- Stock, rotate, and face products on shelves, ensuring proper inventory levels and preventing out-of-stocks.
- Build and maintain compelling product displays that capture customer attention and drive sales.
- Ensure product freshness by checking dates and removing expired or damaged items.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store management and staff.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and management regarding store conditions, competitive activities, and opportunities.
- Manage and organize backroom inventory, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility.
- Identify and resolve merchandising issues and opportunities in assigned stores.
- Accurately complete daily reports and maintain detailed records of activities.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently for travel between retail locations.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks associated with merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of PepsiCo products and the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Experience using handheld devices for route management and data collection.
