Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for PepsiCo's product portfolio within the Port Harcourt region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the execution of marketing initiatives, including promotions, activations, events, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop trade marketing programs that support sales targets and enhance retail visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Contribute to new product launches and market entry strategies, ensuring successful adoption by consumers.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and support junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Port Harcourt market dynamics and consumer behavior.
