Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure adherence to PepsiCo's high standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  • Record production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and address any operational challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and safety procedures.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
