Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and empathetic service in every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about PepsiCo's products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive support.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
