Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival, assist with registration, and guide them through their visit.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, managing the clinic's calendar and optimizing patient flow.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to facilitate patient care and smooth operations.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries, explaining procedures and options to patients.
  • Prepare patient rooms and ensure a clean, comfortable, and organized waiting area.
  • Provide information about Medicover's services, policies, and procedures to patients and their families.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar software).
