Key Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and organize Coca-Cola products on store shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards and planograms.
- Build and maintain compelling product displays and promotional setups to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage product inventory by identifying out-of-stock items, adjusting product facings, and ensuring proper signage.
- Inspect product dates to ensure freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with store management and personnel.
- Collect and remove damaged or unsaleable product, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with store managers regarding product availability, promotions, and display opportunities.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while operating in retail environments.
- Operate within assigned retail accounts independently and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliability and a strong work ethic, especially for weekend shifts
- Attention to detail and accuracy in merchandising
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience (e.g., stocker, retail associate)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with consumer goods or beverage industry products
