Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with product selection, location, and checkout processes.
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on sales floor and in storage areas, ensuring proper signage and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles, display areas, and restrooms.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently after proper training and certification.
- Support the receiving team by unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and moving merchandise to appropriate areas.
- Process member returns and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent member service, responding to inquiries and assisting with needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Customer service oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or customer service role.
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required, training provided).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
