In this crucial remote role, you will be instrumental in the initial stages of our recruitment lifecycle, proactively unearthing candidates for a diverse range of technical roles across our client base in New England and beyond. As a Part-Time Talent Sourcer, you will leverage various online platforms, databases, and innovative search techniques to build robust talent pipelines for our active and upcoming requisitions. You’ll be the Sherlock Holmes of talent acquisition, diligently digging deep to find individuals whose skills, experience, and aspirations align perfectly with our clients’ needs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills to craft compelling outreach messages, and the ability to articulate the unique value propositions of working with Alexander Technology Group and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive and active candidates for various technology roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job boards, social media, and other innovative sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, articulating the value proposition of roles and Alexander Technology Group.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit before presenting to recruiters.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on talent availability, salary trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in sourcing processes and strategies.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related HR role.
- Proven experience with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
