Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple disciplines.
- Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track, manage, and report on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices to inform sourcing strategies.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and tools.
- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related HR role.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools.
- Exceptional research and investigative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage top talent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience sourcing for finance, accounting, technology, or administrative roles.
