Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and style advice.
- Operate POS systems, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash and card payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is tidy, appealing, and well-stocked.
- Receive, unpack, and process new merchandise, assisting with inventory management.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Assist with fitting room duties, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and promoting special offers.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and H&M product knowledge.

Required Skills
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
