Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and chat for tax software users, addressing inquiries related to installation, functionality, and data entry.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating complex problems to senior support or development teams as necessary.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, helping them to effectively utilize tax software features for various tax forms and scenarios.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and common issues in the designated tracking system with accuracy and detail.
  • Stay updated on the latest tax laws, software updates, and product changes to provide accurate and relevant support.
  • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides to enhance self-service resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, report recurring problems, and suggest improvements for software and support processes.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting and software navigation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (C1 or higher).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with tax concepts and basic accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with tax preparation software (e.g., PIT, CIT, VAT software).
  • A degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Understanding of Polish tax regulations and reporting requirements.
