You’ll work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to translate invaluable community insights into actionable strategies that not only enhance user experience but also directly influence product development and drive widespread adoption of our services. This role demands a keen eye for detail, an empathetic ear, and the ability to identify emerging trends and sentiment within the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the Printful community across various platforms (social media, forums, live chats, dedicated groups) to foster positive relationships and build brand loyalty.
- Monitor online discussions, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and identify trending topics and user sentiment.
- Facilitate constructive conversations, gather feedback, and relay insights to relevant internal teams (Product, Marketing, Support) for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies, initiatives, and campaigns to increase active participation and collaboration.
- Identify and nurture community advocates, power users, and influencers to amplify their stories and experiences.
- Organize and participate in online events, Q&A sessions, webinars, and other interactive activities designed to educate and connect the community.
- Assist in creating compelling content (e.g., FAQs, tutorials, success stories) based on community needs and common queries.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts within the community, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, community management best practices, and new social media features.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role (at least 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) and online forums.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, print-on-demand, or creative industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with community management platforms or CRM tools.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to our global user base (e.g., German, Spanish, French).
- Experience organizing online events or managing virtual communities.
- A track record of successfully growing and engaging online communities.
