Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration tasks, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and managing deliveries.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff, providing a welcoming and professional reception.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the office space, ensuring a pleasant working environment.
- Coordinate office events, team meetings, and catering arrangements as required.
- Assist with basic HR administrative duties, such as onboarding new employees (logistics related to office setup).
- Oversee the proper functioning of office equipment and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships related to office services (e.g., cleaning, security, utilities).
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English.
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of personal culture and discretion.
