Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Support content creation for Brainly's blog, social media platforms, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the EdTech and digital marketing landscape.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Help optimize SEO strategies by assisting with keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Contribute to email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
- Support social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with our community, and researching trending topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for digital marketing and the EdTech industry.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM concepts.

- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
