Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or product/service usage.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
