Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive and team calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room setup, catering, and technology support.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using various office software.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring availability for all staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistical support for team members as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
