Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, provide directions, and answer parking-related inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Monitor the parking lot for any unauthorized vehicles or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly to the supervisor.
  • Assist customers with parking equipment (e.g., ticket machines, payment systems) and resolve minor issues.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure cleanliness of the parking facility, including light litter removal and tidying.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks, such as collecting data, preparing simple reports, or organizing supplies.
  • Assist with traffic flow management during peak hours or special events to ensure efficient vehicle movement.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
