Key Responsibilities

  • Assess vehicle body damage accurately and determine the appropriate repair methods.
  • Repair or replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers.
  • Straighten bent frames and unibody structures using specialized equipment.
  • Perform welding, grinding, sanding, and filling to restore vehicle surfaces.
  • Prepare repaired surfaces for painting, ensuring smooth and flawless finishes.
  • Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with painters, mechanics, and other technicians to ensure seamless repair processes.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair progress and any additional findings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair environment.
  • Expertise in vehicle body repair techniques, including dent removal, panel fabrication, and replacement.
  • Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG), grinding, and metal finishing.
  • Strong understanding of automotive structural components and chassis alignment.
