Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, aligning with client objectives and budget constraints.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness and reach the right demographic.
  • Craft engaging ad copy, collaborate with designers for compelling visuals, and A/B test ad creatives to optimize performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) using relevant analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage daily budget allocations, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid social media advertising.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, creative teams, and SEO/SEM specialists to integrate social media strategies into broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly based on performance data, market trends, and client feedback.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Proven expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset for Quebec).
