Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles, conveyors, and trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort and scan packages according to destination, size, and weight, ensuring accurate placement.
- Operate scanning equipment to track packages and maintain inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth operations and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet strict deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall package flow and facility needs.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate sorting and scanning.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work early morning, evening, or overnight shifts as required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
