Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of employee and project-related relocations, including scheduling, logistics, and necessary administrative support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating personnel, providing guidance, resources, and empathetic support throughout the relocation process.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., moving companies, real estate agents, immigration services) to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive relocation plans, checklists, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor relocation budgets, track expenses, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges related to relocations, minimizing disruption and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and disseminate regular reports on relocation status, trends, and expenditures to management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of relocation policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Assist with other operational tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project management, or relocation services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
