Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Manage and organize physical and digital documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistical arrangements for team members as required.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and correspondence under supervision.
- Handle incoming communications (emails, calls) and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties to support the operations team and wider business objectives.
Required Skills
