Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including accurate data entry, meticulous filing, and efficient document management for shipments.
  • Assist with the precise preparation and processing of essential shipping documentation, customs forms, and other regulatory paperwork.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments diligently, ensuring accuracy in tracking, manifesting, and adherence to DHL's stringent service standards and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal departments (e.g., customer service, sales) and external partners (e.g., customs brokers) regarding shipment status, operational queries, and issue resolution.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including stock checks, reconciliation, and ensuring proper record-keeping for materials and supplies.
  • Participate actively in operational planning meetings, offering insights and contributing to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor operational issues with guidance from senior staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, local safety regulations, international trade laws, and security procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operational workspace, contributing to a safe and productive environment.

Required Skills
