We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sawgrass, Sunrise. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various operational sources to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, finance, IT) to understand business requirements and implement operational improvements.
- Support the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of operational processes and best practices across departments.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in an operations analysis, business analysis, or data analysis role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, or similar database query languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
