Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various operational sources to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, finance, IT) to understand business requirements and implement operational improvements.
  • Support the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of operational processes and best practices across departments.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations analysis, business analysis, or data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, or similar database query languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
