Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions to students of various age groups and academic levels.

- Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback on student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with students and, where appropriate, their parents/guardians.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and best practices in online pedagogy.
- Monitor and document student attendance, engagement, and academic performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and safeguarding guidelines, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Attend occasional virtual training sessions and team meetings as required to foster continuous professional development.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in at least one academic subject (e.g., Mathematics, English, Sciences, Languages, Humanities).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in using online meeting platforms and educational technology.

Preferred Qualifications
