Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse/stockroom area.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely (training provided).
- Stock shelves and display areas with new merchandise in a timely manner.
- Prepare and stage orders for customer pick-up, delivery, or transfer.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales associates and other team members to support store operations.
- Assist with freight processing and returns, ensuring proper documentation.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
