Job Description
Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly On-site Reception Clerk to manage our corporate desk in our bustling Bridgeport office. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who interacts with our firm. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times to uphold our corporate image.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing correspondence with precision and punctuality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and client appointments, managing calendars effectively.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and copying documents to support office operations.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing inventory efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys/staff, facilitating smooth communication and resolving inquiries courteously.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to strict privacy protocols.
- Provide support for special projects and firm events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in a corporate setting.
