Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling burgers.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized according to health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain proper food storage temperatures and rotate inventory to minimize waste.
- Support the kitchen team during rush periods to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Wash and sterilize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries as needed.
