Windsor Communities is seeking an enthusiastic On-site Housekeeper to join our team at The Reserve at Montbello, a premier residential facility located in the heart of Montbello, Denver. As an On-site Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our property’s common areas, amenity spaces, and vacant units, ensuring a welcoming and impeccable environment for all residents and prospective tenants. This is an essential, hands-on position requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for upholding our community’s reputation for excellence by ensuring all assigned areas are spotless, sanitized, and presentable at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all common areas including lobbies, hallways, amenity spaces (gym, lounge, clubhouses), restrooms, and offices.
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new residents, including deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Empty waste bins and transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in common area restrooms.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely.
  • Interact with residents and staff in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, which may include seasonal deep cleans or event preparation.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to perform various cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and how to use them safely and effectively.
  • Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor buffers).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience (6 months+) in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services, preferably in a residential, hospitality, or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertinent to cleaning.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
