Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all customers upon their arrival and departure from the store.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information about store layout, product locations, and services.
- Offer proactive assistance to customers, such as helping with shopping carts, finding specific items, or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front entrance area, including tidying up carts, ensuring promotional materials are presentable, and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Assist with traffic flow at the store entrance and exit, especially during peak hours.
- Promote a positive and friendly store environment, contributing to an excellent overall customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and direct them to appropriate management when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with other store departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management to support overall store operations.
