Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile daily cash flow, including sales receipts and disbursements.
  • Prepare and verify daily bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Perform safe audits and maintain strict control over all cash office funds and assets.
  • Verify and balance cashier tills at the beginning and end of shifts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Process and audit various financial documents, including refunds, exchanges, and coupons.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of electronic transactions and payment methods.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all cash office activities and transactions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in cash handling or a related financial role.
