Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing documents accurately and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of databases and client records.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Provide front-desk support by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as assigned.
- Ensure the general tidiness and organization of the office common areas.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
