Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and correspondence internally and externally (e.g., banks, post office, partner offices) in a timely and secure manner.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing office documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general clerical support, including preparing simple reports, sorting mail, and distributing office supplies.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are tidy after use.
- Perform bank runs and other external errands as required.
- Support office staff with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the office.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations during all assignments.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously during external interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
