Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the office environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
