Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and easily retrievable.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including sorting and distribution.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.

  • Provide front-desk support, greeting visitors and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, including room setup and material preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
