Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive physical and digital filing systems for all company documents.
  • Accurately retrieve, cross-reference, and distribute documents to authorized personnel upon request.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive company and client information.
  • Assist with the scanning, indexing, and archiving of records to ensure easy accessibility.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies related to filing and record-keeping.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and mail handling.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, with a focus on records management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
