Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for client records, financial transactions, and operational data into company databases and systems.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with confidentiality protocols.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing queries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and tidy.
- Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers.
- Support HR functions with basic administrative tasks, such as new hire onboarding documentation.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines.
