Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of common office areas, including reception, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating internal meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality where required.
  • Operate standard office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and projectors.
  • Support event planning and coordination for internal company activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
