Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to understand product features and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, integration guides, tutorials, release notes, and other technical content.
- Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Develop and implement documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve documentation based on user needs.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of documentation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience as a Technical Writer in a high-tech environment (preferably software/hardware).
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git, Sphinx, DITA).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts related to AI, GPUs, or high-performance computing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
